REMOVE PACKAGING & COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN BAKE: Place in preheated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
PAN FRIED: Fry at middle heat for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
BBQ: At a middle heat BBQ for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
MICROWAVE (800W): Do not remove from packaging, just puncture bag and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
BOIL: Do not remove from packaging, boil in the bag for 15-17 minutes.
