Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is known for its rich flavor and distinctive deep red flesh, sockeye salmon is the second most abundant Alaskan salmon species.


Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is a significant source of B vitamins and selenium and in addition to that it also contains a broad range of vitamins and minerals in trace amounts.  In fact the skin also contains a fair amount of nutrients and provides a concentrated source of omega-3.

    STORAGE:  Store below -18*c

    OVEN BAKE: Place in preheated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.


    PAN FRIED: Fry at middle heat for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.


    BBQ:  At a middle heat BBQ for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.


    MICROWAVE (800W): Do not remove from packaging, just puncture bag and cook for 3 - 4 minutes.


    BOIL: Do not remove from packaging, boil in the bag for 15-17 minutes.
