Smoked Cod Fish Cakes
These Smoked Cod Fish Cakes are approx 130g per portion. Made from smoked cod, crispy bacon & Brie, all coated in golden breadcrumbs. Prefect for breakfast and just as appetising for dinner with a few chips and veg.
CONTAINS: Cod fillets, potato, bacon, brie & breadcrumbs (wheat flour [with calcium, iron, niacin thiamin], salt, yeast, raising agent [ammonium bicarbonate]), rapeseed oil
INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT: Approx 130g
STORAGE: Store below -18*c
NOTE: Do not refreeze after thawing
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN.
OVEN COOK: Place on a baking tray at 220*c for 15 – 20 minutes.
DEEP FRY: Preheat oil to 180*C and fry for 8 – 10 mins. Drain off all oil before serving.
GRILL: Gill for 9 – 11 mins at a medium to high heat turning occasionally until golden brown.
