CONTAINS: Lamb (Raw meat) Lamb marinade-wheat flour (contains; calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, acidity regulator (sodium diacetate), dried rubbed mint (3.65%), flavour enhancer (E621),tomato powder, flavour, hydrolysed vegetable protein, SOYA, maize, colour (E150d), salt, maltodextrin, flavour enhancer (E621), modified maize starch, malic acid, paprika extract, anti caking agent (silicon dioxide), garden mint flavour (0.05%).

STORAGE: Store below -18*c
NOTE: Do not refreeze after thawing
FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
OVEN BAKE: In a preheated oven 200*C for approx 20 - 25 mins (place on lightly greased baking tray. )
GRILL or PAN FRY: 10-15 minutes turning occasionally.
