Fillets of lemon sole in a fine, delicately seasoned flour coating crisp & delicate. Skinless and boneless whole lemon sole fillets lightly dusted with a lemon topped seasoning with a parsley oil.

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN BAKE: 20 - 25 minutes at 220*c season with butter, salt & pepper.
PAN FRY: 10-12 minutes turning occasionally on a medium heat.
