Coquille St Jacques
These 8 creamy Coquilles St Jacques are a delicious classical French dish which contains meaty scallops, prawns, plaice and salmon, traditionally served on a scallop shell and rapped in creamy mash potato with a cheddar topping.
Often eaten as an appetizer but can be used as a seafood entrée.
CONTAINS: Scallops(12%), Prawns(5%), Plaice(5%), Salmon(5%), Potato(30%), Water, Cream(12%), Grated cheddar cheese(5%)[with potato starch], Butter(5%), Dry white wine(3%) [white wine,salt, preservative( E220)], Onion, modified waxy maixzze starch, vegetable bouillon [sea salt, potato starch, yeast extract, palm oil, celery, onion, maltodextrin, sugar, herbs, spices], wheat flour, salt, mustard powder,white pepper, dill, paprika. PLEASE NOTE: Every care has been taken to remove all bones and pieces of shell but some small pieces may remain. This product is prepared where nuts are used.
STORAGE: Store below -18*c
NOTE: Do not refreeze after thawing
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN: Preheat oven to 220*C, place on a baking pan for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden in colour.
